Selling Process
#1 - We will develop a marketing strategy design (including pre-listing, coming soon and just listed) to promote your property to consumers digitally (video, email, social media, landing page, google business, website) and via print (postcards, newspaper, magazines).
#2 - We will place a “For Sale” sign on your property to solicit inquiries from consumers.
#3 - We will promote your property to all REALTORS through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
#4 - More than 90% of consumers begin their property search online. To maximize exposure of your property, we syndicate our listings to over 30 major real estate websites.
#5 - We will create a Property Features Profile and place in your home to provide information for agents and consumers.
#6 - We will advise on preparing your property for showings.
#7 - We will hold Open Houses to promote your property to consumers and cooperating agents.
#8 - We will set up showing instructions according to your specific preferences and schedule; keep a record of showings, and follow-up after each showing to get feedback from consumers and agents about your property.
#9 - We will present offers promptly and will prepare an estimate of proceeds with each offer.
#10 - We will respond promptly to all inquiries from consumers or Agents.
#11 - We will coordinate and facilitate activities required to successfully complete your transaction.
