I stepped into the real estate world as a receptionist at a mortgage company in the early 2000’s. It was a modest beginning, but little did I know that it would shape my entire career. By 2003, I held my real estate license, and in 2005, I transitioned to a mortgage consultant role. People seemed to gravitate toward me—I genuinely enjoyed connecting with them, understanding their needs, and helping them navigate the complexities of mortgages.
The mortgage company’s management noticed my knack for building relationships and encouraged me to become a Realtor in 2006. It was a pivotal moment. Suddenly, I wasn’t just facilitating transactions; I was guiding families toward their dreams—whether it was finding their first home, upgrading to a larger space, or downsizing as empty nesters.
Growing up on the outskirts of Mexicali, Mexico, community was everything. Our values were unwavering: honesty, integrity, and keeping our word. These principles became my compass. When I negotiate a deal or advise a client, I draw from this well of authenticity.
My educational journey led me to San Diego State University, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Armed with knowledge, I ventured into the San Diego market, where each neighborhood held stories—the laughter of clients, the joy of closing deals, and the warmth of community.
Family grounds me. My beautiful wife and our lovely daughter—they’re my motivation. And now, with another daughter on the way, my purpose feels even more profound. Family isn’t just my anchor; it’s the wind beneath my wings.
From Chula Vista to Rancho Bernardo, I’ve woven my life into the fabric of San Diego. Each street, each home, carries memories—the triumphs, the challenges, and the shared moments that make real estate more than just a profession. It’s a journey of heart and home.
